Terms of Service

By accessing or using peyim.ht, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

Peyim is a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) platform that connects Haitian businesses with verified Impact Orgs to fund milestone-based social projects. We facilitate funding commitments, milestone verification, and impact reporting. We do not guarantee project outcomes beyond the milestone-verification framework.

Business and Impact Org accounts require registration with accurate organizational information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Peyim reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or provide false information. Account roles (Business, Impact Org, Public) determine access to platform features.

Peyim is a coordination platform. It does not hold, process, or disburse funds. Businesses commit funds directly to Impact Orgs, released by the business upon verified milestone completion. Peyim does not act as a bank, payment processor, or financial intermediary. Any platform service fee charged by Peyim is disclosed separately at the time of commitment.

You may not use peyim.ht to: misrepresent your organization or project outcomes; submit fraudulent milestone proof; engage in money laundering or financing of illegal activities; scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written consent; circumvent authentication or access controls; or harass other users or platform staff.

Peyim may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity exceeding 24 months. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. Any outstanding funding commitments at the time of termination are a matter between the business and the Impact Org; Peyim does not hold or disburse funds on behalf of either party.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
